Card information will only be held for emergencies. • Payment: Remaining payment is required at the appointment No ATM on-site—please plan accordingly. • Cancellations & Fees: • Deposits and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except for COVID-related cancellations (valid test results required). • Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged the full service amount. Payment in full is required upfront to rebook. • No-call, no-show, or arrivals later than 15 minutes will result in full service charge. Full payment upfront will be required to rebook. same-day squeez in appointments $40 service charge unless you’re on a waiting list • Prepaid services/packages canceled on the same day will incur a $35 fee.
